MEET DANIELLE:

      When you meet Danielle, you’ll be met with her curious, compassionate, and approachable nature. Danielle Figueroa, an MCT therapist studying at Thomas Jefferson University is a dedicated professional specializing in trauma therapy. Her expertise extends to working with children, teenagers, and adults, covering areas such as trauma, play therapy, women's health, family systems, anxiety, depression, adolescent mental health, career development, and intimate relationships.

      Danielle employs a holistic and creative approach to help clients achieve a balance of body, mind, and spirit. Utilizing person-centered and strengths-based methods, she promotes self-care and well-being. Mindfulness-based skills, such as breathwork, guided meditation, and body awareness, are integral components of her therapeutic approach.
