Clients often notice Jessica’s thoughtful and collaborative approach to treatment planning. She works alongside each individual to ensure care is personalized, effective, and aligned with their needs. With advanced training in trauma-informed care, she gently challenges patterns that no longer serve her clients while fostering growth, resilience, and self-awareness.
Jessica supports clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including communication difficulties, trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, intimacy and connection challenges, self-worth, and personal growth. For those who struggle to put their experiences into words, she offers a compassionate, strengths-based framework to help bring clarity and healing.
Jessica is honored to provide EMDR trauma therapy—an evidence-based approach that can lead to meaningful improvements in a relatively short period of time. She thoughtfully integrates EMDR into treatment to help clients experience greater joy, peace, and contentment in their daily lives. She also helps clients recognize that trauma can take many forms, including subtle relational wounds that may impact connection, fulfillment, and overall well-being.
Passionate about mental health advocacy, Jessica believes in normalizing therapy and encouraging individuals to engage in their own healing work. She is committed to creating an environment where clients feel accepted and understood—never defined by a diagnosis, but supported as whole individuals.
In addition, Jessica works with clients on sensitive and often overlooked areas of sexual health, including differences in desire, pelvic pain, and diverse sexual interests. She encourages clients to deepen their understanding of their bodies and relationships, often recommending Come As You Are by Emily Nagoski as a helpful resource. Whether addressing the impact of past trauma or building a more fulfilling intimate life, Jessica provides informed, respectful, and empowering support.
Outside of her professional work, Jessica values spending quality time with friends and family. She also maintains a regular yoga practice, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.
