When you meet Jessica, you’ll notice her thoughtful treatment planning approach.  She actively works to create a collaborative environment in her therapy office to make sure you’ll get the help you need.  With advanced training in Trauma-Informed Care, she helps gently challenge patterns that may no longer serve her clients. Clients often reach out to Jessica to get help with communication issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, enjoying intimacy and connection, along with self worth and personal growth.  If you’ve been struggling with finding the words to describe your experience, Jessica is here to support you with an encouraging strengths based therapeutic model.

  • Jessica is honored to offer EMDR trauma therapy - an effective evidence-based way to overcome trauma - often in just a handful of sessions her clients begin to see life improvements. She weaves EMDR trauma therapy into her client’s treatment plan in order to help them find joy, happiness, peace, and contentment in their everyday lives.  Jessica helps her clients recognize that all of us experience some form of trauma even with small relationship ruptures that can contribute to loneliness, difficulty connecting with others, or not enjoying your day to day life.

Jessica is passionate about raising mental health awareness.  She is a proponent for encouraging everyone to do their own therapeutic work.  She believes the movie “Joker” is a helpful call to end the stigma associated with mental health. Her personal mission is to advocate for the normalization of mental health. Whether you’re struggling with social connections, depression, anxiety - Jessica’s doors are open and you will never be defined by your mental health or medical diagnoses in her office.

Additionally, Jessica helps her clients work through sensitive issues such as sexual health issues - including differences in desire, pelvic pain, and diverse sexual interests.  Jessica encourages her clients to read the book “Come As You Are” by Emily Nagoski - which empowers women to reach their capacity to understand their bodies more and enjoy a vibrant sexual lifestyle.  Whether you’re struggling with a past trauma history or just not sure how to begin to enjoy your sex life, Jessica is here to support you in achieving your goals.

After the workday is over, you can find Jessica prioritizing time with friends and family. She also enjoys a consistent yoga practice that promotes healing on a physiological level.
