MEET Dr. Elizabeth:

Meet Dr. Elizabeth Dalton, a licensed psychologist with a heart full of warmth and a passion for helping people like you find their inner strength and resilience.  When you meet Liz, you’ll immediately recognize her ability to create a safe, collaborative space for you to share your story.  Liz wears many hats - as a Professor at Elizabethtown College teaching college students to learn therapeutic interventions to her work at Sun Point Foundation where she works with individuals, couples and families.  Liz also mentors and supervises pre-clinical therapists in their training towards certification.  

When you step into Elizabeth's therapy space, know that she's here to support you through life's ups and downs. Stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, physical health concerns, chronic pain, coping skills, and grief—no matter what you're facing, she's ready to walk alongside you.  Hope is a guiding light in Elizabeth's practice, and she firmly believes that with the right support, tomorrow can be brighter than today.
